Just sharing my stress????

ok so i ordered some postal flowers from NEXT on saturday for my sisters 30th birthday on tuesday and they still havent arrived, i have phoned em on so many occaisons at peak rate and kept me on hold for so long but said that if they dont arrive tomorrow they will give me a refund, but that doesnt help the fact of the inconvenience caused, my sis hasnt had anything from me and cant afford to buy anything else as they were quite expensive and at this time of year, is it me or has customer service really gone down hill, they tried to lie and talk utter bollox to me when i know my facts are right as i had the evidence in front of my eyes!!!....arrrrggghhhh all together now everyone scream!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh please I think I picked the wrong question! Ok here I go yes customer service has really gotten bad and I mean BAD!!!!Shall I just make a list of recent dealings with customer services that I have had to endure the last two months......

Microsoft 2 wasted hours on the phone total because of Representative could not speak English properly!!


Apple oh about 4 hours of being jerked around total,funny though when I purchased there product 4 months earlier for 400.00 there wasn't a bit of hassle!!!


Overstock.com I pay for two day shipping 18.79 but do not get reimbursed because it was delivered 1 week late.


Hey maybe we are just expecting to much HU HAHA!!!!! Anyways Sorry for what you have gone through but hey this is the real world right?
Reply:I am so sorry,Customer service does suck,I agree!!! I do hope your sister gets her flowers in time for her Birthday.I suggest that if she don;t get her flowers or even if she does for that matter I would call in to the manager of the shop and give a complainant to them.
Reply:The same thing happened to me when I sent some flowers to friends for their fiftieth wedding anniversary, I paid in advance and the florists forgot to send them. How can you forget a special occasion which never comes again like that.
Reply:Ooh, I feel your pain. I bought a new digital camera from Dell (old one broke) to use for Christmas. NO BATTERY CHARGER!! It doesn't just use AA that would be easy. Then they tried twice to tell me it does't come with a charger. To that I replied, then why does the Fuji box say it does????
Reply:I think customer service sucks everywhere you go, some places worse then others.. Just grit your teeth and bare it, not screaming will solve the issue........ Happy Holidays..
Reply:Customer service from the big stores is pants.


They try to hide behind the phone and treat everyone as an idiot.


We always try to shop in the local shops, that way you get personal service.


If not arrived by Monday get straight onto Trading standards office. That will shake them up.

Customer Service is a lost art. Except, here in the South where (it seems to me) good, p[olite service still lives and breathes.
Reply:Get your refund. If they don't refund you, talk to your credit card company and dispute the charges. Then go file a complaint against the company at the better business bureau (bbb.org)


Then take your business elsewhere.


Check popular e-florist sites such as 1-800-flowers or VirtualFlorist.com


Check the better business bureau at bbb.org for any complaints for the company you do business with.
