I have to write letters thanking my Aunt and Grandma?

My aunt sent me flowers and my Grandma sent 20 dollars for my 16th birthday and I have to write thank you cards but I don't know what kind of stuff to say... besides thank you for the gifts.

I have to write letters thanking my Aunt and Grandma?
Dear Aunt Jane,

Thank you so much for the flowers you sent me for my 16th birthday. It meant so much to me. I really love looking and them and they smell so fragrant. Every time I see them, I think of you and feel loved. I had such a wonderful 16th birthday and your flowers made me feel special. Thank you so much,

love,

me

Dear Grandma,

I am so excited that I am finally 16! I know many more wonderful experiences are before me, and I am so happy that you are part of my life. You are so sweet to me and I really appreciate the generous gift. I am not sure what I will spend it on yet, but I really appreciate that you have given me the freedom to pick out something I will really enjoy! Thank you so much. I love you always!

Love,

me
Reply:Tell them how you're doing. Mention about the good things going on at school and your friends, or even your latest interests. You could even let your grandmother know what you'll do with the $20. Just write simple note of thanks that includes how you're doing. Very easy.
Reply:You can tell them how special they are, or how much you love having them as your aunt or grandma. Besides saying thank you take advantage of this opportunity to say something nice to them. Remember your family won't be around forever, so be nice while you can, you will never regret telling someone special you love them, but you will regret not telling them.
Reply:Well isn't that all you need to say on a thank you card? I would say something like Thank you for the beautiful flowers/lovely money. I really appreciate them/it. Maybe "The flowers are sitting in a vase and they are wonderful/ I plan to put the money you gave me to good use. Love, ____ (%26lt;-name)
