In my previous question I made a mistake?

I just asked a question and I said that my boyfriend didn't get me card for our first year together and my birthday and he borrowed money to get her flowers and expensive things. I meant to say that he borrowed money when he was with her and not me.

I would dump him. He is a jerk and he is playing you for a fool. Needless to say, you deserve much better and if he can't handle the fact that you are special, and there are certain days that need to be remembered as special--like your birthday, anniversary, holidays--then, find yourself someone that will put that sparkle back into your eyes. There is someone out there that will be able to do that for you.
Reply:It's only natural for him to still care about her, after all, love doesn't really die, it's just loses it's power to a certain extent. If he treats you well, with respect, and is loving, then i guess try to be understanding, but if they are not any kids from that relationship and he's still calling and going over so much, i would find it very hard to be trusting. What's keeping him there?
