Good present for my girlfriend (16) specific ideas?

My girlfriend is turning 17 in two days. I don't know what to get her. I got her a necklace and earings for christmas so i can't think of what else to get for her birthday. Please no general (clothes, flowers , etc.) please be specific with links for clothes and stuff..thanks. No perfumes i already got her one, thanks.

Us girls love things from the heart, even if you just made it. Actually, especially if you made it! A scrapbook or something else along those lines. Girls love to be spoiled, but not in the hey-I'm-gonna-load-your-closet-with-poin... way.

Reply:You should do something personal, or make her something. Maybe like find a good picture of you guys togehter and put it in a frame that you decorated (cut outs from magazines work super good, collage). For one of my sister's birthdays her bf (now her husband) filled her room and her car with pink balloons. so maybe get different shades of her favorite colour, for ballons and just ask some of your friends to help blow them up. He also wrote little messages on each balloon. and stuck little notes in some. it was so cute.

This is the best present ever...


You get her a charm for every special occasion- Anniversaries, getting a new dog, sibling, a good grade, a car?

clean yourself up, wash your car, and take her to dinner. Skip McDonalds, pass by Sonic, and take her somewhere nice. Applebee's will work in a pinch, but if you can, go somewhere classy.





After dinner, go see a movie. I just saw the new National Treasure and it's fantastic.. i would definitely take a date to see it. After the movie, go for a drive somewhere, not necessarily to go parking, just drive... talk about stuff... just spend time together.





You don't necessarily have to buy material things for a special occasion... she'll remember her 17th birthday for the rest of her life.
