I downloaded this thing and I think its a virus- its suppose to be a desktop wallpaper but...?

It's suppose to be a desktop wallpaper or screen saver but when I finished downloading it- the picture of the wallpaper is just all I can see-- theres no start tab, no icons on the background, just a big picture of a flower saying happy birthday =( it's my birthday today and it sucks having this problem in which I cannot solve...





Should I reboot it?


but how- I knew how to but in F10 it doesn't show anything





my comp is a compaq presario windows xp








and I can move the mouse but nothing else but a big picture on the screen ='(

Just delete it and don't open it. If you have already done so, and dont have antivirus software installed (shame on you!), download free antivirus software from:

Run it and it should find the virus if there is one. Leave this package on your machine and have it run in the background. Make sure it is set up to update the virus definitions automatically.
